Audiology Dubbo Hearing Centre is a locally owned and staffed independent audiology prac tice providing professional and ethical hearing services.
Our clinic is locally owned
and independent.
We are accredited to provide services to eligible pension recipients and DVA clients
under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program.
We are an approved WorkCover NSW
provider.
Our independence
allows us to work with all major brand hearing aids. This provides real choice for all of our clients
seeking solutions for hearing loss.
All clinical services
are provided by Audiologist, Donna Smith.
Donna began her career as an audiologist in 1989 in Parramatta and has lived in Dubbo since 2003. Donna has had extensive experience providing hearing services to both adult and paediatric clients, including those with complex needs.
Donna is a member of Audiology Australia.
Membership requires:
- University qualifications
- Undertaking ongoing clinical training to maintain clinical accreditation each year
- Practicing in accordance with the Code of Conduct
Appointments are conducted at our clinic at
2/153 Brisbane St Dubbo Tuesday – Friday
(Saturdays or after hours by arrangement).
Our clinic has on-site parking
and wheelchair access.
Home visit appointments
(within Dubbo) can be arranged for our adult clients unable to travel to the clinic due to ill health or mobility issues.
Remote hearing aid adjustment
is possible where technology permits.
No referral is required
to have an appointment, however, Medicare rebates may be available with an eligible referral from an Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) specialist, neurologist or from a GP if you have a Chronic Disease Management plan referral.
